We would like to congratulate Harlan Elementary School student Audree Mills! She is the overall county winner of the 4-H Art Contest. She received a blue ribbon for first place in the classroom, a blue ribbon for county winner, a green ribbon for participation, a $50 gift card for Walmart, and a 4-H medal.
