Exploring Nature's Wonders: First graders embarked on a field trip adventure at Shekinah Village, where they played games, rode horses, and went fishing. 🐴🐟🎣

🎓 Congratulations to Gage Snelling for being offered full-time employment with SEKRI after graduation. Gage participated in a school-year internship with SEKRI. As part of this internship, Gage had to learn a variety of job tasks and skills, including performing quality assurance on tactical vests produced for the military and performance tasks. This includes assembling IFAK packs for soldier first aid kits. Gage's dedication to his internship resulted in an offer of full-time employment upon graduation from high school, which he has accepted. Second-grade students were “roaring” with excitement on their recent adventure at Zoo Knoxville. 🦁🦒

🥎 Lady Dragons for the W!! 🐉 It was another action packed evening for the HHS Lady Dragons as they defeated the visiting Knox Central Lady Panthers 21 to 4!! The Lady Dragons came out hot in the first inning, scoring 8 runs. Addison Jackson led this inning with a HOMERUN over the centerfield fence!! Also, Ella Lisenbee created lots of noise on offense, driving in 5 runs on her 4 solid hits of the evening. Ella Farley and Jordyn Smith also paced the Lady Dragons with multiple hits!! Congratulations, ladies!!
